When police Officer Carter (Aaron Poole) discovers a blood-soaked man limping down a deserted road, he rushes him to a local hospital with a bare-bones, night shift staff. As cloaked, cult-like figures surround the building, the patients and staff inside start to turn ravenously insane. Trying to protect the survivors, Carter leads them into the depths of the hospital where they discover a gateway to immense evil. (c) Screen Media Films

I went into The Void with high expectations, and this writer is pleased to say it exceeded them.

The Void is Fulci-flavored hell….The set pieces and gags are simply fantastic and it’s fun to see what what happens next as the next funhouse door yawns open….Fans of practical effects will relish this film.
